The International SYMPOSIUM on ICT management and administration 2019 organized by UPM’s InfoComm Development Center (iDEC) and Database Technologies and Application Research Group (DbTA) is an excellent platform for researchers as well as practitioners of ICT management and administration to discuss and present original ideas, recent results and achievements on issues and challenges related to ICT management and administration. Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts describing original research. Submitted papers must not have been published elsewhere or be currently under review by another conference or journal. The focus of ISICTMA2019 is on the latest, most-efficient or state-of-the-art methods in ICT management and administration covering data management and system management in both technical and theoretical aspects.
This call for abstracts solicits papers and corresponding presentations that are highly technical and reflect real-life experiences and emerging trends in various domains. Submissions are encouraged in (but not restricted to) the following areas:

High-quality original papers are solicited. Papers must be unpublished and must not have been submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee members and other experts in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the Conference.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
Extended abstracts should be written according to the following format with these headings: abstract and keywords, introduction, methods, findings and discussion, conclusion and benefits for higher education. There is flexibility in the naming of the sections. Sub-headings can be used where necessary.
The extended abstract must be in Microsoft Word, typed using Arial font size 10, single spaced, and can contain figures, tables and/or images. Margins should be 2.5cm at the top, bottom and sides of the page. The length of the extended abstract should be around 3-4 pages including references. Pages need not be numbered.
All extended abstracts must be submitted to iskandar_i@upm.edu.my. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding with ISBN.
